A cheque or credt/debit card number must accompany all orders. If paying by credit/debit card you must include the security number, your name, address with postal code and telephone number or the order cannot be processed. This information is used to protect ourselves and you from dishonest or fraudulent use of your payment card. |

Payment of goods constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined in this document. |

DELIVERY |

We may deliver your order as part deliveries. |
| 2.2 |
If you refuse delivery of the goods we may charge you for the cost of the delivery. |

If you accept a delivery with a damaged box we cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside as you have signed for the goods. |

Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined. |

For large orders a signature wil be required by the carrier. If no one is in a card will be left and you will have to rearrange delivery with the depot within 5 days. If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered. |

REFUNDS |
| 3.1 |
If you wish to return any items purchased from us you must give us written notice within 7 days of receipt. |
| 3.2 |
All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt. |

Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges. |

Special orders made to your specifications are exempt and will not be refunded. |
